Electronic contracts may be used for online goods and services, and are often used by website development companies. electronic contract law also applies to agreements referred to as "click wrap agreements." Click wrap agreements usually require web users to click a box in order to accept the terms of use for a particular website, software application, online purchase. Clicking the box to accept the terms acts as a type of digital signature.
